Manufacturer Rebates: The following manufacturers have rebates on place for for 2011, in amounts up to $1,400.

CPS Energy Rebates: CPS has rebates available for air conditioning equipment. Click any item to see full rebate information on the CPS website.
Energy Star Tax Rebates: In 2011 Federal tax credits are available for qualifying energy efficient (Energy Star) equipment. The rebates are 10% of the cost, up to $500. In some cases, the credit is a specific amount from $50-$300. New construction and rental properties do not qualify; upgrades must be in an existing home which is your principal residence. Please note, not all Energy Star qualified products qualify for a tax credit. Energy Star distinguishes energy efficient products which, although they may cost more to purchase than standard models, will pay you back in lower energy bills within a reasonable amount of time, without a tax credit.
